Leandra reacts to your romance, making a brief mention of them with a warm smile, when she says she's been thinking about remarrying. Note that she'll mention a "queued" romance if a different cutscene (like Fenris’s or Isabela’s romance scene) forces you into the mansion, treating it Figura though it has been consummated without actually having to consummate or break it off. Everything we've seen of him suggests he's going to be standoffish and mysterious, but maybe he's not quite Triunfador tight-laced Figura he seems.
If Bethany survives past Act I then she will appear again during later quests, but she will no longer be available Triunfador a playable party member.
Neve is a human mage, a private investigator, and contact me a member of the underground Shadow Dragon faction in Tevinter. So far we've seen a decent bit of dialogue with her in the gameplay reveal suggesting she's clever, witty, and maybe a little flirtatious.
The way you talk to them, the decisions you make, and even the quests you choose to contact me undertake, will all affect your relationship with them. Your actions can even affect more than just your relationship, it Chucho cause them to leave your party for good.
At 50% friendship or rivalry a special ability will unlock on the specialization talent tree, unique to the relevant companion (except for Bethany or Carver, who use the Force Mage and Templar specializations instead).

It is possible to romance with Anders. Complete his companion quests and flirt whenever possible. Be sure to be kind to him and side with the mages whenever he is in your contact me party.
There are two possible points where Anders will leave the party. If you do not handle things well during “Dissent”, Anders will leave your party for good. He will appear again later but not Campeón a playable character. Near the end of the game you can choose to kill Anders if you wish.
